We provide tech support before during and after the show. Our onsite techs start with you before the show to help your team develop the video content to the correct pixel count and refresh rate. Your AV tech support contact will also calculate the electrical power you will need to order for the back of your video wall. If we are integrating your rental LED Video Wall into one of our custom-tailored rental designs then we will be generating the electrical layout and sending them to the show to know the power amount and location so it’s in place when we arrive for install.
This is super simple. Your AV tech support person arrives to unpack the cases and lead the install to make sure everything goes smoothly as planned. This same AV tech person will remain onsite for the duration of the event powering on the wall each morning and powering it off each night. We’re also there if for any reason we need to restart or repair tiles during the event. We travel with extra elements for just such occasions.
